Stay On-Track: Trainer Support Service

Greyhound racing is a passionate pursuit with many challenges. It requires dedication to work the long hours needed to provide the amount of care required for your greyhounds. But you must also remember to take care of yourself - your own mental health and wellbeing is incredibly vital.

'Stay On-Track: Trainer Support Service' is now available to trainers through GRSA and Access Programs - a counselling service that is both free and confidential for trainers to use whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or in need of support. The service can provide assistance in dealing with, but is not limited to:

- Stress

- Interpersonal conflicts

- Depression and anxiety

- Grief and loss

- Financial and legal concerns

To contact the service, please phone (08) 8215 6799 or 1300 66 77 00 in the first instance to make any appointments.
